Return/Refund Policy

Workbooks and CDRoms must be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Class cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee up to 30 days prior and a 20% cancellation fee from 30 days prior until workshop start date.  No refunds will be made after workshop start date.

Payment Security

If you use a browser that supports secure connections, your order will be handled using our secure payment system that protects your credit card information while in transit over the Internet.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

There are no shipping or handling charges for products sold by SPAN International Training if shipped by priority mail by the US Postal Service within the US.

Express Mail is an extra $25.00 per set of workbooks.

All international shipping will be by FEDEX.  If shipping by UPS or FEDEX to US locations or shipping to any international location, the rates must be confirmed at 1-888-589-6757.
